Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the descendants/uri and descendants’ partners/spouses of Thomas Harrison Martin and Olive Kahukiwi Martin (née Lambert).
