(f) Individual unit owners have no control or ability to move money once it is received by the body corporate or body corporate manager.
(g) There is no automatic right of withdrawal or ability to use funds once levies are paid. Any surplus at the end of the financial year is usually minimal. These amounts are not usually returned to unit owners, but retained in the manner set out above.

This exemption comes into force on the day after the date I grant this exemption (8 October 2013).

Family Dispute Resolution Act 2013
Approval of Dispute Resolution Organisations
Pursuant to section 6(1) of the Family Dispute Resolution Act 2013, the Secretary for Justice approves the following organisations as dispute resolution organisations:
- New Zealand Law Society;
- Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand Incorporated; and
- LEADR New Zealand Incorporated.
The approvals are subject to conditions made in accordance with Regulations 5(2)(a), (c), (d), (f), (g), (h) and (i) of the Family Dispute Resolution Regulations 2013.

Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations) of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MPI, gives notice, under section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:

Contains 75g/litre bixafen + 150g/litre prothioconazole in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate
Formulation Type: Emulsifiable concentrate
General Use Claims:
Systemic fungicide for the control of diseases in cereals.
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.
Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and
(b) may state any decision sought on that application; and
(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Under section 18 of the Act, a copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for the applicant’s information.
