Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 January 2013, an application for putting WORLDTRADE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2013-409-18. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday 12 March 2013 at 10.00am.

Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies, liquidators and receivers by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

• BAY PALLETS LIMITED (1533973) – appointment of D. R. Abbot as director did not take place – 10 November 2011 (application by D. R. Abbot).

• JAMES RICHARDSON (NZ) LIMITED (2217181) – financial statements were not in final form – 22 December 2010 and 21 December 2011.

• NEW YORK STEAK HOUSE LIMITED (1619735) – liquidator’s first report contains errors – 31 January 2013.
