Physiotherapy Board (Fees) Notice 2014
Pursuant to section 130 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 ("the Act"), this notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Physiotherapy Board and replaces all previous Physiotherapy Board fees notices.

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 2014 and shall come into force on 1 April 2014.

Fees—The Physiotherapy Board sets the fees and levies, payable to the board, specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Under section 12(2)(b) of the Act (NZ graduate) 184.00
Under section 12(2)(c) of the Act (overseas graduate) 1,226.00
Under Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 184.00
Application for registration within the scope of practice of physiotherapist – postgraduate student or physiotherapist – visiting educator/presenter:
Under section 12(2)(c) of the Act – postgraduate student 184.00
