In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 11 September 2013:

"That pursuant to Section 14 of the Act, the land described in the Schedule hereto is declared Local Purpose (esplanade) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act."
