Reserves Act 1977

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation gives notice that all such land described in the Schedules are classified:

(a) As to the land described in the First Schedule to this notice, as recreation reserve;

(b) As to the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice, as a local purpose (water reservoir) reserve;

(c) As to the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice, as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977;

(d) As to the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977

and further declares that each reserve which has a name beside its respective description is to be known as this named reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
