Road Realignment—Mangati Road, Otorohanga District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excepting, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, any mines of coal or other minerals not taken by Proclamation 9968.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA25B/1195, subject to mortgage 8602035.6.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 407869.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA69A/90, subject to mortgage 9322705.4.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA47C/284, subject to mortgage 9322705.4.

Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—Te Awamutu Bypass, Waipa District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and vested in the Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
