Land Declared No Longer Required for Teachers’ Residences
Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, Head of Education Infrastructure Service, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for teachers’ residences.

This notice shall come into force on 17 October 2013.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and remain vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
