Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

The Authorised Futures Dealers (Revocations No. 2) Notice 2013

Pursuant to section 37(10) of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Futures Dealers (Revocations No. 2) Notice 2013.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
