Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Graham Roger Williams, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for the purpose of railway, subject to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and to remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 10 Bulls Gorge, Kerikeri, Far North District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the reserve comprised in Gazette Notice 663061.1, and classified as a reserve for scenic purposes by Gazette Notice 904736.1 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Segregation Strip—State Highway 1 Great South Road and State Highway 1B Gordonton Road, Taupiri, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1B and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(d) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
