Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for Kensington Park redevelopment, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for Kensington Park redevelopment and to remain vested in the Whangarei District Council.

Acquisition of Land for Stream Diversion and Road Realignment—Mangawhero Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes and shall remain vested in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(d) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1408/81, subject to mortgage 7872684.4.
