Notice of Vesting of Property Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—MW (NZ) 2000 Limited

I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 2 August 2012, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of MW (NZ) 2000 Limited from the Register of Companies on 22 September 2010) with the rights to money held by the Court of Appeal of New Zealand.

The money was held by the Court of Appeal of New Zealand as security for costs.

Notice of Vesting of Property Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—Tiale Investments Limited

I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 2 August 2012, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Tiale Investments Limited from the Register of Companies on 6 December 2010) with the rights to a distribution by the official assignee.

The distribution relates to a claim in the bankruptcy of Esela Natano.
