Classification of Reserve Land
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that:
(a) the reserve land described in the First Schedule are classified recreation reserve;
(b) the reserve land described in the Second Schedule are classified local purpose (esplanade) reserve; and
(c) the reserve land described in the Third Schedule are classified local purpose (amenity) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
