Land Set Apart for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and for Local Purpose Reserve (Soil Conservation and River Control)—Otaki Quarry, Otaki
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 50(1), the land in the First Schedule be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and vested in the Wellington Regional Council; and
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1)(d), the land in the Second Schedule be set apart as a local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control) and vested in the Minister of Conservation pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977.

Pursuant to section 50(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for public transport and vested in the Wellington Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
