Road Realignment—Pukehuia Road, Tangiteroria, Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Torere Road, Rangitīkei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rangitīkei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 252503, subject to mortgage 7483472.1;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and shall be incorporated into Computer Freehold Register WN40C/709, subject to mortgage 8830244.2;

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and shall be incorporated into Computer Freehold Register 252503, subject to mortgage 7483472.1;

(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and shall be incorporated into Computer Freehold Register WN390/219;

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN390/219;

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN40C/709 subject to mortgage 8830244.2;

(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 252502 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
