Notice of Granting a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 6 November 2007, notice is given that, having received an application from Turkish Airlines, of Istanbul, Turkey,
Martin Thomas Harold Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline a scheduled international air service licence to carry on code-share services to and from New Zealand.
The licence, which is for an indefinite term, took effect from 10 May 2012.

Land Transport Act 1998
Authorised Access to Certain Names and Addresses Held on the Motor Vehicle Register
Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (“the Act”), I authorise the following person, for the purpose and the term, and on the conditions stated below, to have access to the names and addresses of persons:
- who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle(s); and
- who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to withhold their details.

| Justin John Cardon | To contact persons registered in respect of vehicles to provide them with an opportunity to hire out their vehicle for use in television or movie productions. | From the date Justin John Cardon receives the final decision on his application to 30 April 2017 inclusive. |
Conditions
(a) The names and addresses are accessed only by Justin John Cardon on his own behalf and solely for his own use;
(b) The names and addresses are accessed only for the specified purpose;
(c) The fees charged for the provision of the names and addresses from the Motor Vehicle Register are duly paid;
(d) Any identified instances of unauthorised access are immediately notified to the Secretary for Transport and the Privacy Commissioner;
(e) The names and addresses obtained under this authorisation shall not be disclosed to any third party unless such disclosure is necessarily incidental to achieving the specified purpose;
(f) Justin John Cardon must provide the Secretary for Transport with an annual report providing details of each enquiry made in relation to the Motor Vehicle Register by 1 May in each year beginning with 1 May 2013; and
(g) The terms and conditions, if any, imposed by the NZ Transport Agency for access to the Motor Vehicle Register information.
