In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage instrument 5404191.2 and
mortgage variation instrument 7647098.1 (Wellington
Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):

1. On 14 May 2012, Asteron Trust Services Limited, the

   the mortgaged property.

TEA Custodians (Interstar) Limited ("the mortgagee"

Education Act 1989

Education School Risk Management Scheme Levies
Notice 2012

Pursuant to section 78E(1) of the Education Act 1989, the
annual levy payable by the boards of state schools who are
participants in the School Risk Management Scheme is set
at the rate of $10.50 per student per annum.

The purpose of the annual levy is to recover the
administration, insurance, and claim costs of the scheme.

This notice will come into force on 1 January 2013 and will
apply each year until the notice is revoked or the school risk
management scheme is discontinued under section 78D of
the Education Act 1989.

Climate Change Response Act 2002

Call for the Provision of Electricity–Related
Contracts (Aluminium Smelting) Notice 2012

Pursuant to section 161D(1)(e) of the Climate Change
Response Act 2002, I, The Honourable Simon Bridges,
Acting Minister for Climate Change Issues, give the
following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
   cited as the Call for the Provision of Electricity-Related
   Contracts (Aluminium Smelting) Notice 2012.

(2) This notice takes effect from and including 24 May 2012.

2. Interpretation—Unless the context otherwise requires:

Act means the Climate Change Response Act 2002.

aluminium smelting has the meaning given to it
in the Climate Change (Eligible Industrial Activities)
Regulations 2010.

NZAS means the company registered as New Zealand
Aluminium Smelters Limited.
