Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of R M H LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in June 2005):

The sum of $16,577.61 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of R M H LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 21 June 2012.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 21 June 2012.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6717190.4 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN18C/1493 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Michael John Strickland and Sharlene Teremoana Strickland:

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 17 May 2012.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple containing 988 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 137 DP 48082, being the property known as 60 Sarah Street, Otaki.

Take notice that on 7 May 2012, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6206845.2 (Wellington Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 12 Bridge Road, Upper Hutt, Wellington, being all the land comprised in certificate of title WN478/89.
