Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 November 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Donna Allen in respect of ABC Puketaha Road – Tahi (30229), situated at 144 Puketaha Road, RD 1, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

KingsView School (Attendance Dues) Notice 2012

Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil at KingsView School shall be a maximum of $2,100.00 (exclusive of GST) per annum.
