Issue of Animal Welfare (Goats) Code of Welfare 2012 (Notice No. 1780)

I hereby give notice that, under section 75 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, the Animal Welfare (Goats) Code of Welfare 2012 is issued on 22 March 2012 being the date it is notified in the New Zealand Gazette and comes into effect on 23 March 2012, being the day after the date it is notified in the New Zealand Gazette.

The code of welfare is available for inspection free of charge and for purchase at the following address:

Amendment to Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) Enrolment Policy 2012 Notice

The notice entitled Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) Enrolment Policy 2012 published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 14 February 2012, No. 16, page 367, is amended on page 380 by inserting at the end of section 3 Year 1–13 Full-time Students, the following new enrolment category:

Enrolment Category	Gateway	Entry Criteria
Referral	Ministry of Education	Student is attending the Ahikaa Learning Centre in Waiwhetu and is under the age of 16.
		The Ministry of Education is the referral agency and all referrals must be approved by a Ministry Manager.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 September 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Early Years 19 Connolly (60317), situated at 19 Connolly Street, Lower Hutt CBD, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
