Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust
Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of MILLIE PROPERTIES LIMITED
(a company that ceased trading in August 2005):

The sum of $9,784.38 has been paid to Public Trust to hold
in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholder of
MILLIE PROPERTIES LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less
associated costs, to GUARDIAN TRUST, as executor of
the estate of the sole shareholder, subject to no notice of an
alternative claim being received on or prior to 23 March
2012.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant
must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245,
Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish
Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

To: Coronet Alpine Limited, c/o 17 Strathallan Street,
Timaru.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and section 109 of the Personal Property Securities
Act 1999, and in the matter of mortgage instrument
5797872.4 (Otago Land Registry) (“the mortgage”),
and the general security agreement dated the 16th day
of May 2007 (“the general security agreement”):

RSM Lawyers Nominee Company Limited (“the
mortgagee under the mortgage”), a duly incorporated

Timaru, gives notice that on 13 February 2012, it entered
into possession, in terms of section 137 of the Property Law
