Cancelling a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto that was set aside as a Māori reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 1982, No. 34, page 1033, and redefined in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 February 1984, No. 26, page 495, is hereby cancelled.

All that piece of land situated in Block III Alexandra Survey District and described as follows:

Redefining the Purposes of a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purpose for which the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 1950, No. 13, page 222, is hereby redefined as for the purpose of a meeting house reserve and kaumātua housing for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Hinekura tribe.

All that piece of land situated in Rotoma IX Survey District and described as follows:
