Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Okahutiria Road, South Taranaki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the South Taranaki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register TNB1/187, subject to Mortgage 7786728.1.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Miller Bush Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and further declares that the reserve described in the Schedule form part of the Miller Bush Scenic Reserve.
