Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations) of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MPI, gives notice, under section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:

Active Ingredients and Concentrations:

Levivax 6 B12 + Se contains purified toxoids of Clostridium perfringens type D, Clostridium septicum, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium sordellii and formol-treated cells of Clostridium chauvoei; each mL contains:

  • Vitamin B12 1mg
  • Selenium 1.80mg
  • Levamisole phosphate 220mg

Formulation Type: Aqueous suspension

General Use Claim:

6-in-1 vaccine combo with broad spectrum drench plus vitamin B12 and selenium for sheep.
