Pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of the Marriage Act 1955, it is hereby notified that the following names will be removed from the list of marriage celebrants under sections 8 and 10 of the Act as at 1 November 2012:

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Aubrey Thomas Harrison is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice, and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Aubrey Thomas Harrison.

And that on 12 October 2012, $3,735.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Aubrey Thomas Harrison.

This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Aubrey Thomas Harrison to make claims against it.

Any person that has been a victim of Aubrey Thomas Harrison, in respect of an offence for which Aubrey Thomas Harrison was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Aubrey Thomas Harrison.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Damion Mark Kite is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice, and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Damion Mark Kite.

And that on 12 October 2012, $7,055.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Damion Mark Kite.

This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Damion Mark Kite to make claims against it.

Any person that has been a victim of Damion Mark Kite, in respect of an offence for which Damion Mark Kite was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim.
