Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
North Auckland Land District
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of Tauranga wāka, for the common use and benefit of Te Rarawa, Te Aupouri and Ngāti Kuri.

The whole of that piece of land situated in Block IV Ahipara Survey District and described as follows:

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be known as the Pera Matataia Māori Reservation for the purpose of cultural, historical, spiritual and emotional significance for the common use and benefit of all the descendants of the Wikiriwhi whānau.
