Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Barbara Annesley, Acting Manager, Education & Skills, hereby give notice that on 7 September 2012, we, Marilyn Scott, Acting Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, and Barbara Annesley, Acting Manager, Education & Skills, The Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for James Hargest College Board of Trustees to acquire shares in ODENZ Limited up to an aggregate maximum value of $1.00.
