Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

On 10 May 2012, an application for putting FLORA CREATIVE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2012-470-340. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 14 September 2012 at 10.45am.
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
The plaintiff is the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, whose address for service is care of Heaney & Co, Level 17, ANZ Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is David Jonathan Heaney, whose address is as noted above.
