Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be known as Te Kotuku Marae Reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngāti Pikiahu-waewae and Ngāti Kahungunu hapū Tamaterangi.

All that piece of land situated at Reureu Road, RD 9, Tokorangi, Feilding, and described as follows:
