Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Top Energy Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 2012

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Top Energy Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 2012.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Approval as requiring authority in respect of network utility operation—Top Energy Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its existing network utility operation of the distribution or transmission by pipeline of geothermal energy in the Ngawha Geothermal field and any potential future expansion of that distribution or transmission by pipeline of geothermal energy within the Far North district, including operation, maintenance, replacement, upgrading, improvement and installation of new pipelines.

Reopening of the Graveyard at Taranaki Cathedral of St Mary Order

I, Mark Jacobs, Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, on the application of The Right Reverend Philip Richardson, Bishop of Taranaki, and being satisfied that the provisions of section 45A(1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 have been met, hereby make the following order:

The Graveyard at Taranaki Cathedral of St Mary, New Plymouth, shall be reopened on and from 7 September 2012 under the control and management of The Taranaki Church of England Trust Board.
