give notice that boards of trustees of New Zealand State and State Integrated Schools may enter into agreements (other than a lease or licence granted under section 70B of the Education Act 1989) to allow third party use of school land, buildings and facilities.

The types of agreements under this notice are short term or intermittent use of facilities such as the school swimming pool, school hall or playing fields, or the ongoing use by a third party of infrastructure such as the school boilers.

The terms and conditions of such use and occupancy must be agreed to by the Ministry of Education.

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Acting Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• St Joseph’s Catholic School, Morrinsville (1949).
• Tauranga Adventist School, Tauranga (4144).
• St Theresa’s School, Plimmerton (3025).
• St Joseph’s School, Upper Hutt (3011).
• Cardinal McKeefry School, Wilton (2819).

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 28 August 2012.
