Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 3) 2011

Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 3) 2011.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Recognised lead providers—The following school boards of trustees, industry training organisations, Government training establishments or institutions are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:

(i) Eastern Institute of Technology.

(ii) Greymouth High School Board of Trustees.

(iii) Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 December 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Angela Pua’avase in respect of Autaumafai A Fanau A’oga Amata Trust (65185), situated at 221 Woodham Road, Linwood, Christchurch.
