Fisheries (Southern Bluefin Tuna Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2012 (No. F635)
Pursuant to section 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, gives the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Bluefin Tuna Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2012.

Commencement—This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery defined—The Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery quota management area is the area defined in Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice (No. 3) 2003*.

Total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery increased for 2011–2012 fishing year—The total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery for the 2011–2012 fishing year is increased to 800 greenweight tonnes in accordance with section 14(6) of the Fisheries Act 1996.

Total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery reverts—From 1 October 2012, the total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery reverts to the total allowable catch that applied at the beginning of the 2011–2012 fishing year, in accordance with section 14(7) of the Fisheries Act 1996.

Notice of Initiation of Duty Reassessment for Preserved Peaches from China
Following the completion of a review, pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and pursuant to section 14(6) of the Act, and under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty imposed in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.

Description of Goods
Peaches in preserving liquid, in containers up to and including 4.0kg.
The goods are classified under tariff item and statistical key 2008.70.09.00L of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.

Notice of Exemption From the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997
Under Regulation 28(2) of the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997 (“the Regulations”), all gas pipeline owners are hereby exempted from the requirement under Regulation 37 of the Regulations, that the copies of prescribed agreements, or amendments to prescribed agreements, that are provided to the Ministry of Economic Development under section 56 of the Gas Act 1992 and Regulations 8 to 14 of the Regulations, must be verified by an authorised director or principal.
