Pursuant to section 164(3)(a) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice of the issue on 30 June 2011, of the following notices in relation to the export of live animals and germplasm:

(a) The Animal Products (Requirements for Issue and Control of Official Assurances) Notice 2011, issued pursuant to section 167(1)(k) of the Animal Products Act 1999.

(b) The Animal Products (Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications for the Export of Live Animals and Germplasm) Notice 2011, issued pursuant to sections 167(1)(m), (o), (p) and (q) of the Animal Products Act 1999.

The above notices revoke the previous notice dated the 20th day of May 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 May 2010, No. 60, page 1714:

(a) Requirements for Issue and Control of Official Assurances; and
