Notice of Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), the Environmental Risk Management Authority New Zealand ("ERMA New Zealand") advises that it approved on 23 June 2011, the code of practice "LPG Compliance 100kg to 300kg".

This code has been developed by The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association of New Zealand Incorporated.

The code sets out a means of compliance with the authority’s decision on the modified reassessment of LPG, HRE09001.
