Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Take notice that on 21 June 2011, Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to mortgages of land registered as B746246.7, 7720291.1 and B781801.3 and a specific security agreement dated the 27th day of May 1999, entered into possession of:
(a) the lands containing together 665.5428 hectares as contained in certificates of title WN40C/541, WN244/134, WN54A/8, 280506, 282102, 263521, 252212, WN24D/485, WND3/982, 221817, 172497 and WN153/276 (Wellington Land Registry); and
(b) personal property, being dairy shed equipment.
Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should be directed to the solicitors for the mortgagee at JTLAW, PO Box 25443, Panama Street, Wellington 6146 (Attention: Justin Toebes).

Take notice that on 27 June 2011, GE Custodians, by virtue of memoranda of mortgages 7575585.2 and 7575572.2 (South Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the properties situated at 55A and 55B James Street, Rotorua, being all the land comprised in certificates of title SA240571 and SA240570.
The New Zealand office of GE Custodians is situated at 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 28 June 2011 of the Animal Products (National Microbiological Database Specifications) Amendment Notice 2011 which comes into force on 4 July 2011.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, Level 12, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

Biosecurity (System Entry Levy) Order 2010
Biosecurity (System Entry Levy) Order 2010
(Notice No. 1715)
(1) A levy is imposed on all importations of goods for which an import entry has been made in the Customs computerised entry processing system (unless an exemption from the import entry transaction fee applies under Regulation 24A of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996), including:
(a) import entries;
(b) simplified import entries;
(c) temporary import entries; and
(d) private import declarations.
(2) A levy is imposed on all importations of goods for which a document is lodged with the New Zealand Customs Service under Regulation 26(2) of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996 (including electronic cargo information reports).
Under Regulation 11(2) of the Biosecurity (System Entry Levy) Order 2010, the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry hereby notifies the rate of levy for the 2011–2012 levy year.
This rate is the same as the rate for the 2010–2011 levy year.
The biosecurity system entry levy for the levy year commencing 1 July 2011 and ending 30 June 2012 has been set at $12.77 (inclusive of 15% GST) per leviable importation.
The levy is calculated on the basis of dividing:
(a) the estimated annual costs incurred by the Ministry;
by
(b) the estimated total number of annual leviable importations that:
(i) are required to be entered under section 39 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996;
(ii) are deemed to have been entered under Regulation 23 of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996.
