Proposed Release of Deposit

Pursuant to the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

ALDERSGATE INSURANCE LIMITED (“the company”) has given notice to Public Trust that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with Public Trust.

Public Trust therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19(3) of the Act, that, being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, it proposes to release to the company on or after 22 July 2011, the amount deposited by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with Public Trust, 141 Willis Street, Wellington 6011, on or before 15 July 2011.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Take notice that on 21 June 2011, Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to mortgages of land registered as B744055.3, B746246.7 and B781801.3 and a specific security over livestock agreements dated the 27th day of May 1999, and a mortgage of dairy company shares dated the 24th day of June 2002, entered into possession of:
(a) the lands containing together 153.3240 hectares as contained in certificates of title WNA4/1440, WN15A/1611, WN15A/1162, WN54D/723 and WN853/96 (Wellington Land Registry); and
(b) personal property, being dairy shed equipment and 120,000 shares in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited for shareholder 103782.
