Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005

Notice of Reconciled Levy Rates for the Four Months Ended 31 October 2010

Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 ("Regulations"), the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

  1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Reconciled Levy Rates for the Four Months Ended 31 October 2010.

  2. Reconciled levy rates—(1) The Authority has calculated the reconciled levy rates for the four months from 1 July 2010 to 31 October 2010, in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations, as follows:

Legal Services Act 2011

Establishment of the Police Detention Legal Assistance Service as a Specified Legal Service

Pursuant to section 68(2)(b) of the Legal Services Act 2011, the Secretary for Justice gives notice that the Police Detention Legal Assistance ("PDLA") scheme, established under section 158C of the Legal Services Act 1991 and continued under section 49 of the Legal Services Act 2000, shall continue as a Police Detention Legal Assistance Service from 1 July 2011, the commencement date of the Legal Services Act 2011.

The Police Detention Legal Assistance Service is a "specified legal service" as that expression is defined in section 4 of the Legal Services Act 2011, and to which subpart 2 of Part 3 of that Act applies.

The PDLA Service provides legal advice, or legal assistance, or both, to any person:

(a) who has been detained by Police; and
