In clause 3(b) and in clause 4(2)(c) of Schedule 13, replace "whether" with "whether or not".

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order comes into force on the day after it is published in the Gazette.
It amends the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 to make a correction to Schedule 3 of that order as well as a series of minor, largely typographical, errors. Similar changes are made to the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 by the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 Amendment (Minor Remedial Matters) Order 2011.
