1 Title
This order is the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 Amendment (Minor Remedial Matters) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the day after it is published in the Gazette.
3 Principal order amended
This order amends the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011.
4 Change in spelling in clause 9
In clause 9(2)(a), replace "publically" with "publicly".
5 Clarification in clause 19
In clause 19, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
6 Clarifications in Schedule 2
In clause 4(c), in clause 12(4)(b) and (c) and in clause 19(1) and (2) of Schedule 2, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
7 Clarification in Schedule 3
In clause 14(1) and (2) of Schedule 3, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
8 Correction in Schedule 3
In clause 14(2)(b) of Schedule 3, replace "the registered bank and its banking group" with "the registered bank’s banking group".
9 Minor correction in Schedule 9
In clause 3(1)(b) of Schedule 9, replace "Capital Adequacy Framework (The Standardised Approach) (BS2A)" with "Capital Adequacy Framework (Standardised Approach) (BS2A)".
10 Clarifications in Schedule 9
In clause 8(a) and (b) of Schedule 9, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
11 Clarifications in Schedule 11
In clause 2(b)(ii)(B) and in clause 6 of Schedule 11, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
