11 Removing capitalisation in Schedule 11
In the table in clause 1(2) of Schedule 11:
(a) replace “Less: Deductions from tier one capital (Specify each deduction)” with “Less: deductions from tier one capital (specify each deduction)”;
(b) replace “Tier One Capital plus tier two capital” with “Tier one capital plus tier two capital”; and
(c) replace “Less: Deductions from total capital (specify each deduction)” with “Less: deductions from total capital (specify each deduction)”.
12 Clarifications in Schedule 11
In clause 18(1)(b)(i) and (ii) of Schedule 11, replace “whether” with “whether or not”.
13 Clarifications in Schedule 15
(1) In clause 2(b)(ii), replace “in relation to any other member of the registered bank’s banking group whether any insurance business” with “in relation to any other member of the registered bank’s banking group, any insurance business”.
(2) In clause 2(b)(ii)(B) of Schedule 15, replace “whether” with “whether or not”.
14 Clarifications in Schedule 17
In clause 4(b) and in clause 5(2)(c) replace “whether” with “whether or not”.

This order comes into force on the day after it is published in the Gazette.
It amends the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 to make a series of minor, largely typographical, errors corresponding to changes made to the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 by the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 Amendment (Minor Remedial Matters) Order 2011.
