1 Title
This order is the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011 Amendment (Minor Remedial Matters) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the day after it is published in the Gazette.
3 Principal order amended
This order amends the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011.
4 Change in spelling in clause 8
In clause 8(2)(a), replace "publically" with "publicly".
5 Clarification in clause 18
In clause 18, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
6 Clarification in Schedule 1
In clause 2(1)(j)(ii) of Schedule 1, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
7 Clarifications in Schedule 2
In clause 10(4)(b) and (c) and in clause 17(1) and (2) of Schedule 2, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
8 Clarifications in Schedule 3
In clause 12(1) and (2) of Schedule 3, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
9 Removing capitalisation in Schedule 9
In the table in clause 1(2) of Schedule 9:
(a) replace "Less: Deductions from tier one capital (Specify each deduction)" with "Less: deductions from tier one capital (specify each deduction)";
(b) replace "Tier One Capital plus tier two capital" with "Tier one capital plus tier two capital"; and
(c) replace "Less: Deductions from total capital (specify each deduction)" with "Less: deductions from total capital (specify each deduction)".
10 Clarifications in Schedule 9
In clause 14(1)(b)(i) and (ii) of Schedule 9, replace "whether" with "whether or not".
