Take notice that on 3 May 2011, TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6804491.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 110 Portland Road, Whangarei, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 46C/678.

The office of TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited is Level 12, 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
