Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

New Zealand Breweries Limited, being the holder of security interests pursuant to the security agreement registered under the financing statement F3639Y9W1XG1372R, gives notice that on 4 May 2011, it entered into possession of certain mortgaged goods as described below.

The mortgaged goods taken into possession:
liquor; and

associated products
supplied by New Zealand Breweries Limited and its associated companies to Deval Enterprises Limited.
