Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is given as follows:

  1. On 1 April 2011, Hot Springs Motor Lodge Limited, of Christchurch, as mortgagee under a general security agreement dated the 13th day of March 2009, took possession of mortgaged goods owned by Alpine Park Limited, of Hanmer Springs.

  2. The description of the mortgaged goods is:
    Plant, chattels and inventory of the Hot Springs Hotel at Hanmer Springs.

  3. The address of the mortgagee is care of Horrocks McNab Limited, Chartered Accountants, Leicester House, 291 Madras Street, Christchurch 8011.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7484859.2 (South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA40A/262 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Carl Jason Scott and Janette Moana Hammond:

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 5 April 2011.

The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a half-share in an estate in fee simple comprising 1348 square metres, more or less, having legal description Lot 23 DPS 11249 and secondly, a leasehold interest in Lease Instrument 8765374.1, having legal description Flat 1 DPS 47098, collectively being the property comprised and described in Identifier SA40A/262 and being the property known as 268A Sunset Road, Rotorua.

Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Aircraft Cellular Telecommunication Purposes) Notice (No. 2) 2011

Pursuant to section 111 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 (“the Act”) and Regulation 9 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001 (“the Regulations”), made under section 116(1)(b) of the Act, and acting under delegated authority from the chief executive, I give the following notice.

Notice

  1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Aircraft Cellular Telecommunication Purposes) Notice (No. 2) 2011.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 May 2011.

  1. General User Radio Licence—A general user radio licence is granted for the transmission of radio waves for the purpose of facilitating cellular telecommunications on-board aircraft, in accordance with the terms, conditions and restrictions of this notice.

  2. Terms, conditions and restrictions—(1) A person may, in accordance with the provisions of the Schedules to this notice, operate radio transmitters on-board aircraft.

(2) In accordance with the provisions of the First Schedule to the Act, a person operating a transmitter pursuant to this licence must also comply with all relevant provisions of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and regulations and rules made under that Act.

(3) Frequency use is on a shared basis and the chief executive does not accept liability under any circumstances for any loss or damage of any kind occasioned by the unavailability of frequencies, or interference to reception.

(4) Should interference occur to services licensed pursuant to a radio licence or a spectrum licence, the chief executive reserves the right to require and ensure that any transmission pursuant to this General User Radio Licence change frequency, reduce power, or cease operation.
