and in the matter of a general security agreement between the Bank of New Zealand and Sportzone Motorcycles Limited (in liquidation) dated the 3rd day of February 2005 registered under financing statement F63DR2620BX4270D/C0004 (“the security interest”):

Bank of New Zealand (“the mortgagee” under the security interest) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 21 April 2011.

The description of the mortgaged goods is all goods owned by Sportzone Motorcycles Limited (in liquidation) including all inventory, fittings, vehicles, plant and machinery currently located at 29 Elgin Street, Christchurch.
