Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Otaki, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is declared road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule, from a scenic reserve, local purpose (not specified), local purpose (police purposes), local purpose (utility) to historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
