Land Taken for the Tauranga Eastern Link—State Highway 2 Papamoa, Tauranga City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Bromley Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved under section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved under section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA49D/739.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1103/58.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA54C/354.

(f) Pursuant to section 119, declares the parcel of land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1103/58.
