(Segregation Strip)—Ivanhoe Road, Myrtle Street, Rhyde Street, Cardigan Street, Great North Road, Western Springs Road and St Lukes Road, Kingsland, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and remains vested in the Crown, which has the effect of adding the land in the Second Schedule to State Highway 1 pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and vests in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart, pursuant to section 52(1), for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
