Declaring the Disposition of Land to be Exempt From Section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987

Under section 24B(4)(b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal strip requirements, set out in section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, shall not apply to the disposition to Meridian Energy Limited of the land specified in the Schedule, which is required in connection with electricity works as the Tekapo A Power Station water intake, tunnel and water recorder site.

Road Realignment—Purerua Road, Far North District
